Article 1 (Purpose)

PlanByTechnologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') aims to protect the information (hereinafter referred to as 'personal information') of individuals (hereinafter referred to as 'users' or 'individuals') using the services intended to be provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as 'Company Services'). The Company complies with the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on the Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Information Communications Network Act') and other related laws. This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as 'this policy') is established to promptly and smoothly address any grievances related to the protection of user personal information.

However, in cases legally mandated by regulations, etc., the Company may provide the collected user's personal information to a third party without the individual's prior consent.

2. When the Company discloses this policy as per Paragraph 1, it utilizes font sizes, colors, etc., to ensure that users can easily recognize it.

Article 4 (Amendment of This Policy)

1. This policy can be revised based on personal information-related laws, guidelines, notices, or changes in government or Company Service policies or content.
2. When the Company revises this policy according to Paragraph 1, it announces the change through one or more of the following methods:
   1. By notifying it on the notice section of the first screen of the company-operated website or through a separate window.
   2. By informing the user through methods like writing, facsimile, email, or similar means.
3. The Company announces the changes mentioned in Paragraph 2 at least 7 days before the effective date of this policy's revision. However, in case of significant changes affecting user rights, the announcement is made at least 30 days in advance.

Article 5 (Information for Membership Registration)

To facilitate user registration for the company's services and prevent the creation of duplicate accounts, the company collects the following information:

1. Mandatory information: Email, password, name, date of birth, and mobile phone number.

Article 6 (Information for Payment Service)

To provide payment services to users, the company collects the following information:

1. Mandatory information: Card number, card password, expiry date, 6 digits of the birth date (yy/mm/dd), bank name, and account number.

Article 7 (Information for Providing Company Services)

To provide the company's services to users, the company collects the following information:

1. Mandatory information: Email, login ID, name, information of the text content entered in the prompt, and the generated image information output by the AI engine.
